Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds for Digital Products

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The file was corrupted or inaccessible

  • You received the wrong product

  • There was a duplicate purchase by mistake

All returns, cancellations, and refunds for these purchases are handled directly by that company, according to their policies:
